Capabilities

Yarn in. Engineered fabric out.

Development plus circular and warp knitting are controlled directly by Trustex. Specialised processing and finishing are coordinated to our specifications, with Trustex retaining end-to-end quality ownership through final inspection.

Two knitting technologies

The right method for the fabric.

Some fabrics want the loop structure and stretch of circular knitting; others need the stability and open mesh of warp knitting. We run both, so the construction is chosen on merit — not limited by the machine on the floor.

How an order runs

A controlled path from brief to dispatch

Develop

Studio engineers the construction, GSM, width and finish to your brief.

Knit

Circular or warp machines build the greige fabric to spec.

Process

Approved specialist processors dye and treat to Trustex-defined parameters.

Finish

Finishing routes are managed to the agreed hand, width and performance specification.

Inspect

Roll-by-roll QC, then packed and dispatched.

~200 tonnes/month

Current production is about 200 tonnes per month across our circular and warp-knitting operations.

9–36 gauge

Our machine gauge range covers coarse, mid-gauge and fine constructions for a broad mix of apparel and technical fabrics.

Development to brief

Bring a target GSM, stretch and hand — our studio knits trials and dials in the construction before bulk.
