Single jersey, double jersey and jacquard capability.
Circular knitting is available in 19, 24, 28, 32 and 36 gauge across single jersey, double jersey and jacquard constructions used for activewear, teamwear, compression, polos and tracksuits.
Trustex operates circular and warp-knitting platforms across 9–36 gauge. Warp knitting is on Karl Mayer machines covering 9, 12, 18, 20, 22, 28 and 32 gauge; circular knitting covers 19, 24, 28, 32 and 36 gauge.

Karl Mayer warp-knitting machines cover 9, 12, 18, 20, 22, 28 and 32 gauge for stable, open and technical constructions used in mesh, linings, hi-vis, equestrian and other engineered applications.
Gauge and platform information is now public. The data model still supports model, diameter or working width, feeders or bars, machine count and capacity, which can be added later without redesign.
Machine detail is most useful when it explains construction capability. Trustex therefore publishes verified platform facts first and will expose machine-level data only when the underlying records are complete.
